Elevate the Dialogue

Through our Elevate the Dialogue inclusion training program, global people leaders build personal, local, and global awareness of DE+I. The training educates team members on consistent standards, identifying feedback mechanisms to solve conflict, and create a culture that unites us all.

Fostering Careers

Our team is our greatest asset. We make it a priority to dive deeper into career development and various career path models in support of our team members. Our Week of Careers is just one of the many ways that we nurture employee development. With five sessions over the week, team members from all departments hear leaders discuss their career journey and the experiences that helped grow their current role at Gentherm.

Mentorship & Connection

Through mentorship programs, opportunities are provided for team members to build connections with colleagues and learn from their unique experiences to grow their own skills and role within the company.
