The Foundation of Thermal Expertise
Our company was originally founded in 1991 in southern California, USA, and named Amerigon, dedicated to a range of technologies including thermoelectric equipment. We have found that technologies used in aerospace and defense fields in history may be applicable to other industries, including automobiles.
In 1996, we revolutionized the first introduction of heated and refrigerated automotive air-conditioned seats based on thermoelectric technology. In the following years, in order to satisfy consumers' pursuit of comfort and efficiency, our technology has expanded from air-conditioned seats to battery thermal management, electronic components, portable insulation products and automotive interior comfort management.

2016年，我们收购了医疗行业温度管理设备的龙头供应商Cincinnati Sub-Zero。
2017年, 我们收购了专注于先进电子控制设计、研发和生产的电子市场领军企业Etratech。
