As we honor National Intern Day, we’re proud to shine a light on each of their stories, contributions, and the incredible impact they’ve made.

Ioanna Goulas | Purchasing Intern
Ioanna hit the ground running by leading two global benchmarking projects. She uncovered cost-saving opportunities for the company, and her eagerness to learn and strong communication with suppliers made her an instant asset. Ioanna’s autonomy and ownership showed that she’s not afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
Clayton Lazaj | Finance Intern
Clayton quickly became a dependable team member who is always ready to jump in and help. His initiative, curiosity, and collaborative nature made day-to-day operations smoother for everyone.


Aditi Vadakath | Sales Intern
Aditi tackled optimization of key sales process documents and helped lead the tariff documentation efforts for the sales team. Her structured workstyle and excellent time management made her an invaluable contributor.
Kuljit Gill | Product Engineering Intern
Focused and dedicated, Kuljit effectively managed project scopes and used team insights to adapt quickly to multiple facets of product engineering. His consistent drive to close open tasks, meet deadlines, and absorb learnings through teamwork showed dedication well beyond expectations.


Ronald Lyke | Systems Engineering Intern
Ron quickly embraced the responsibilities typically handled by a full-time engineer, including executing product testing, validation, and data analysis. He proved to be a quick learner and demonstrated initiative at every turn, integrating seamlessly with the team and contributing across various aspects of the project.
Shashank Nagaraju | Advanced Engineering Intern
Shashank approached challenges head-on and never hesitated to work through ambiguity. His ability to go the extra mile, ask for help when needed and contribute to team success made a positive mark on every project.


Harrison Schwartz | Human Resources Intern
Harrison led Gentherm’s global job architecture enhancement initiative, laying the foundation for long-term employee development. He consistently aligned his work with stakeholder needs and showed performance, accountability and adaptability across multiple HR projects.
Erin Dusenbury | Marketing and Communications Intern
From social media support to website updates, Erin jumped into every task with initiative and thoughtfulness. Her creative ideas and willingness to learn made her a dependable contributor that the team came to rely on. She approached each project with curiosity and a drive to deliver polished, engaging content.


Rashi Agrawal | Software Engineering Intern
Rashi built a new feature, which has the potential in the future to enable users to customize their experience with our WellSense™ product—a feat her mentor thought might not even be technically feasible. She collaborated across time zones, worked diligently, and completed the complex project in half the expected time.
Daniela Scagnetti | Junior Research Scientist
Daniela conducted an independent research project using prototype and industry-grade equipment. Her ability to pivot quickly and communicate results clearly helped advance insights that support Gentherm’s innovation pipeline. She demonstrated a strong blend of technical precision and creative problem-solving that elevated the quality and impact of the team’s findings.


Maria Hararwala | Information Technology Intern
Maria explored innovative Large Language Model (LLM) and AI tools for natural language querying within data models. Her perseverance and curiosity led to tangible progress, and she showed impressive independence and accuracy throughout her research. She consistently demonstrated impressive independence and accuracy, elevating the impact of her findings.
Ryan Schuster | UX Product Design Intern
Ryan took on diverse engineering challenges, from prototyping and designing. Throughout the process, he immersed himself in cross functional collaboration, gained new technical skills, and consistently demonstrated Gentherm’s core values of curiosity, innovation and teamwork.


Nishanth Shukapuri | Software Engineering Intern
Nishanth made an impact by going beyond the scope of his intern project to support key engineering initiatives, particularly in AI. His dedication to seeing tasks through to completion, paired with an eagerness to learn and experiment, reflected his strong drive for innovation.
