Gentherm offers 24-hour clinical support to our customers. Our clinical staff will be able to help answer questions about Gentherm products, help your team with understanding new protocols and provide staff training at your facility.

The Gentherm Technical Support Center is staffed with trained technicians for your technical support needs. To speak with our technical support staff during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 5:15PM EST, call 1-888-437-5608.

Quality and consistent preventive maintenance are critical for proper use of any medical device, including patient temperature management devices. If you’re interested in a Preventative Maintenance plan for your device, please contact your Gentherm representative.

Gentherm also offers the sale of parts for our devices. To help us serve you better, please have the following information ready when placing an order:

  • The model number and serial number of the unit for which the replacement part is needed
  • The complete Gentherm Part number and/or description
  • Your customer number (if available)
  • To order replacement parts, call 1-888-437-5608 or email medtechsupport@gentherm.com

To return a part for repair or replacement under the terms of the warranty, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Contact the Service Department at 1-888-437-5608 from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM (Eastern Time Zone).
  2. The model number and serial number of the unit for which the replacement part is needed.
  3. The complete Gentherm Part number and / or description.
  4. The specific defect regarding the failed part.

The Service Department will authorize the return of the defective part(s) and issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. When returning the defective part(s), this RMA number MUST be marked on the outside of the package to receive credit.

Warranty parts are shipped at no charge. However, if an RMA is assigned, the failed part must be returned to Gentherm within 90 days. If the failed part is not returned within the 90-day period, an invoice will be sent for the part at the current list price.
